Brie with Pesto.
Buy a couple of round servings of brie with no rinds. Leave it at room temp for a fe minutes to soften. Empty into a loaf pan. Spread pesto over the top. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Cut 1 roma tomato. Spread it on top after you take it out of the oven. Serve with a slice baquette. Delicious and Easy!
