1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup parmasean cheese
2-3 cloves garlic (or buy the fresh minced can in a jar use 1/4 teaspoon for one clove)
Blend until smooth. Pour into cassorole or baking dish. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot on bagel chips, or warmed toasted french rounds, crackers also work. It is to die for....yum.
