Artichoke dip....don't tell people what it is until after they taste it...they'll turn up their nose....it is wonderful
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup parmasean cheese
2-3 cloves garlic (or buy the fresh minced can in a jar use 1/4 teaspoon for one clove)
Blend until smooth. Pour into cassorole or baking dish. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot on bagel chips, or warmed toasted french rounds, crackers also work. It is to die for....yum.
PS Or tell them it's artichokes...eat it all your dang self.
