Personally I think that your dog doesn't look much like it's parents. Even though she is a cutie. IMO her dogs don't look very well groomed in the picture, it makes me sad if that is how her dogs are always kept. I really hope it was just that picture. Was this dog shipped to you? If you did go there, did she have other breeds that were kept together? There could have been an accident. I hope you are able to recover at least some of your money. Good luck
