Mackenzie had her rabies and a distemper shot when she was a little over 4 months old and she was 2.3lbs. She was little bit sleepy and achey, but by the next day she was fine. I think it should be fine unless there was some sort of allergic reaction to the shots... Just like when human babies get their shots, they are usually cranky too
