We have customers that call and say...send someone...this machine doesn't do anything...it's broken. Now it is very very rare that they don't do something....so I ask....plugged in? checked your breakers? Yea, lady all that's fine...send them

ourselves. We have billed people for sending someone out to
plug in a machine before.
