If he likes the Ceasars - I'd let him eat all he wants. It's important to keep him eating - and drinking.
Two things -
1) I have heard that honey isn't as good as nutrical - the experts will know more about this than I do.
2) I've read often that Caesars isn't a very healthy dog food. My dogs don't like it very much (don't know why - it looks good to me) -- but anyway, eventually we'll get what I have eaten.
