She cold have an ear infection (inside) with pain radiating to the outside of her ear ---especially when you touch it.
Or - like 99% of the problems that my dogs have - it may be something that will disappear in a day or two.
But do keep an eye on her. If she does have an ear infection - they are not a good thing - right?
