Hello, and Welcome from another "newbie". These guys on YT are so helpful, in the 13 days I have been a member I have learned loads.
I am also a "transplant" I am English and now live in Missouri. I can't add to anything else that you would need, except maybe patience, they are so adorable but have minds of their own, so patience is definitely a virtue especially in potty training. My Jack is 6 months old now, and has pretty well mastered the art of the potty. He still likes to bite my hands gently, but I yell "Ow" and he starts licking, so I guess we have that one mastered too.
