As of now, it is not possible to determine the race of human DNA...you can determine male from female..human from animal, but not Asian from African America, Caucasian from American Indian...same with breeds of dogs. |
Bolded above is basically what DNA is used for. To determine if said parents are indeed the parents of said dog.
