Thanks I told my brother I am sure if they lived here and their dogs looked like that they would be in more trouble. I sent an email to Virginia voters for animal welfare and asked them is food and shelter is the only important thing to the State of Virginia reagrding animals? Sorry not trying to knock Virginia I am just trying to get someone's attention that will do something for these dogs.
