Animal control went over there and the report from them is simply this "THE DOGS HAVE ADEQUATE FOOD AND SHELTER." I put that in bold because I felt like screaming when I heard that. I got the officers name what else can I do to help these poor dogs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again |
