I FOR SURE would have done the same thing - that's awful....those poor poor dogs - you did the RIGHT THING !
If we don't watch out for neglected pets - then they're at the mercy of guardians that maybe really don't know they're neglecting them - OR they don't want to pay for medical attention - so they just blow it off...or they plain just don't care - and THAT is the worst.
Either way - the authorities can put a scare into them and hopefully the dogs will be much better off because of your call. WAY TO GO - you did a good thing |
