I would also give her Nutrical or Nutristat since she is not eating and may have low blood sugar, that might explain her lethargy and jerking. Nutrical and nutristat are a lot better, but if you don't have any on hand give her some Karo corn syrup or honey. Low blood sugar is also a side effect (although rare) of tetracycline drugs.

Also make sure she doesn't get dehydrated. Offer Pedialyte by syringe (or at least water) every 30 minutes.
