We have event sponsered by the Denver Dumb Friends League called the Furry Scurry. It is similar to like a charity walk where you donate money and get a t-shirt and the money goes to the charity which is the dog adoption center. There were dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds everywhere. We also shopped at some of the vendors. Starsky got really wore out and would just stop and lay down while we walked. I had to carry him part of the way!! Boy he slept good that day! It was also getting pretty hot for him too. He seemed a little overwhelmed with all the other dogs, big and small! I ran into a few yorkie owners and let them know about this site as well as my playdate coming up. Starsky had a lot of fun playing with someone's rotweiler whom also owns a yorkie so the rotweiler was used to little dogs. It was funny to see. We had a good time and hope to do it again next year!!!
