A boy version could be made as well. The front of the overalls I used had the "fly". See no reason why it could not be adapted. One would have to just play around with it and see what comes up. I had previously made a harness/vest for her but she had outgrown it.
Went through my levi material stash ~ left over from making the frayed levi quilts~
and spied the overalls that were originally picked up for making time out dolls or overall planters. A google search should come up with either of those ideas.
