Maybe you can build a little jog of fence coming out into your yard around the tree and connecting to the existing fence. It shouldn't bother the neighbor. What a silly way to do a fence in the first place. Sort of defeats the purpose of fence for most people. What if you had a small child and her big lab kept breaking through the trees? Something would have to be done. |
