Hi, Bettye and Toto. Toto is a male yorkie, right? My breeder said to take care male yorkie's coat is more difficult than the female's coat because male yorkie doesn't sit when he do his business. Is it difficult to take care Toto's coat?

Actually, Toto is a little girl! My husband and I knew that we would name our Yorkie Toto before we ever bought her! We travel so much that we sometimes forget where we are! So, I am constantly saying to him "Toto, I don't believe we are in Kansas anymore"! Since we knew she would be traveling with us, we wanted to name her Toto [Tyava's Out of Oz, Toto] and she is constantly mistaken for a male! But ... she is a spoiled little girl and our absolute joy! Her coat isn't hard to keep at all since she is older and has "grown her coat". I brush her almost every day and she goes to the groomer about once a month for nails, paws, ears and all those things I can't get the nerve to do! I bathe her once a week or more often if she gets dirty and keep her brushed! I started brushing her as soon as we got her so she actually likes it! Cha-Cha's coat is gorgeous!
