My babies rarely if ever have had their feet on the ground. That is my choice and I will continue to keep them in my house and on the deck But, Yorkies and their families need to make rules that suit them and are humane. I would not allow my critters out in the fenced back yard by themselves but we do spend our time on the deck with the awning rolled out-for shade and protection from the predatory birds.
I have had outside dogs who were absolutely not happy inside..an Aussie and a Spitz are two of them. But, when it comes to Yorkies---OMG, I swear their feetsies would be forever traumatized if I left them outside without mommie in their sight. They are such wimps!! Me, too.. |
