I am sorry you're having such a bad experience...I am not sure if the convulsions can be directly related or blamed on the breeder for inbreeding. The convulsions would have to be related to a genetic defect, in your post you stated she extended a two year genetic guarantee. If it's a defect then you have a recourse.

If I can add my 2 cents about inbreeding I wouldnt label a breeder a puppy mill for mating half sis/half brother she may have very good reasoning for doing so. Many experienced reputable breeders will linebreed to fix a fault or improve their breeding program. Sometimes inbreeding can result it a very good quality pup...
