Seriously! I left here at 330am and I missed my plane! I got there in plenty of time... but the gal behind the counter argued with me about checking baggage.... I did not have any! She kept telling me I was too late to check in bags for this flight... I kept telling her I had no bags and just needed a boarding pass.... Language barrier big time! Long story short, she argued with me long enough that the computers locked the flight out and they could not print my boarding pass!
I just spent 4 1/2 hours in the car, and an hour at the airport trying to figure this out! ugh!
I so called Cust service and filed a complaint! They are sending me a $100 Travel Voucher for my troubles....  I spent that in gas driving to the frickin airport!! Gas is 3.50 a gal here!!!!
Anyway.... Hubby is looking into another flight for me now..... Cross your fingers for me! |
Oh no!!!! That sucks!!! Did you lose money on that flight to boot?
