Did you use that do it yourself highlight wand set? and part it down the middle and do it? I think you should suck it up and go to a pro to get it fixed
My stylist does what she calls "emergency repairs" starting @ $20 and she comes to your house if you are afraid to go out in public. LOL. THEN she bitches abut you trying to do your hair yourself! haha.
