Is it draining like it is infected. A live tick gets really big and blue when the fill with blood, like a small marble with legs. Before that they are very small and flat and hard to kill, because you can't squish them.
If it had his head buried and got scratched off, his head could still be under the skin causing a sore spot. It would probably look like a scab. |
