My pup used his pee pads occasionally when he was just a little pup -- but that soon changed. Before long, he decided they were toys (this probably happened when he was teething), and he started ripping them up into a million pieces - and quit peeing on them ever.
So ----- we go outside to pee now - and he wears belly band (occasionally).
