I have a question about my yorkie Jack. He whines all the time normally when he is in the car, and I am about to get out to put a ticket on the car, even if my girlfriend is still in the car. Also in the mornings he does it alot when he wants to get into bed, I wouldnt be bothered by this but it is becoming very distracting when I am driving, does any have any suggestions.
