I feel your pain. I have a 1 year old little girl. She too knows she is suppose to go outside, but she pees in the house a few times a week. I think we are well trained taking her out often. I dont' think she is trained. If a puppy pad is down, she will use it. But if it's not, she doesn't go to the door or anying, she just squats. I too am at the end of my rope with her. I don't know what else to do.
