Why can't your friend visit the breeder and see the parents in person? When the pups are 8 weeks, get a baby scale and weigh them..don't trust the breeder to tell you the weight. Triple the 8 week weight and double 12 week.
If a breeder refuses to show puppies or dam, there is a reason..ask why? I can not think of any good reason..if she is afraid of germs..surely she has a window or glass door she can let you look through..give me a break! |
