I guess it depends on what you are going in for too.
Mine doesn't "crack" my back or neck..just lots of compression type stuff, etc..

Personally, if I knew something were "really" wrong, id be getting xrays, especally if it were a disc problem. But I know it isn't in my case.

And as far as someone saying "cracking a small childs back" Mine doesn't do that...its like I said, alot of compression type stuff..not "cracking their spines"
