Don't be surprised if Abigail's ears play yo-yo for the next few months..stress, illness, vaccines,tooth cutting and any number of things can cause them to flop again. They probably will stand up on their own without as much calcium as you have been giving her. I hope there is no history of kidney stones in her family as they frequently are calcium. I would strongly urge you to check with your vet to find out how much extra calcium supplements you should give your baby. I also would suggest you ask your vet about anything that your groomer suggests that is not directly related to grooming/products.
I am not sure how much medical training your groomer has but it pays to err on the side of caution when it comes to medicating these toy breeds.
