This is exactly what happened with my scampers. I taped both ears he managed to get it off and the one ear was up and has stayed up. So then I the other ear, I shaved it once but this time I really shaved it and then taped it. Well now both of his ears are up and have not come down. If you can manage to keep his one ear taped for a good amount of time it should come up. It took me several tries to do this, he kept getting it off right away but I finally got it to stay. I would wait to see if the one standing up will stay, I woulden't tape it unless it goes down. As for the other ear that is drooping I would definately tape it. The ears can go down during teething but they will go back up once that is over. Hope this helps. :-)
