Puppies sleep a lot and pee a lot (they dont know how to hold it long periods of time yet) if she is eating, acting normal when she plays and pooh is good then I think she is just being a normal growing puppy. If you really have concerns see your vet about running a blood panel, it will check liver, kidney, sugar and red/white cell count.
