My vet told me that dogs do not get morning sickness. I personally disagree with him since I've had dogs while they were pregnant be sick and take them to the vet to find no reason for it. I beleive they do get morning sickness. You may want to take her to the vet though just to make sure nothings wrong. Good luck on your upcoming litter.
