We have a 3.5lb 10 month old Yorkie and a 75lb 6 year old boxer, and they are best friends. When they play we watch them carefully and honestly we have to tell Georgie (Yorkie) to be gentle
. Coco (boxer) just lays there and makes funny noises at him. My advice would be just to watch them carefully for a couple of months until your big baby can get used to having the little one around. Also, don't act scared, when we brought Georgie home we just introduced them let them smell each other tooshies (which dogs like to do) and then gave them both affection. It has worked out great Coco is very protective over Georgie and wherever one is you will find the other. Good luck and Welcome to YT
