I can't comment on the house situation as we are still renting. In Boston we can't find a 2 bedroom 1 bath for less than 500,000!!! But I wanted to let you know how lucky you are in your custody. I got divorced 2 years ago and my ex has our daughter every friday and every weekend. I was, and still am, a stay at home mom. I had to fight for 2 years and was lucky to get to move 1 hour away! We get no child support and it is a constant battle. I know this wasn't about custody, but you are just really lucky that you got to move out of state. Congrats!!!
