I didnt say that people who left their dogs outside were abusive. I dont know each situation. But I think the people that leave their dogs out no matter what the weather is are neglectful. There is nothing anyone can say that will change my mind on that. I would rather see yorkies being babied than big dogs left out side in sub 0 weather. |
