Welcome to YT Harley chick!!! We ride as well. Or should I say I ride on the back. Sold my bike last year. The roads were much safer with me on the back! I do miss it though and get very jealous everytime I see a chick riding her own.
About taping H&D ears. Here is what worked for me. Trim the ears half wayup. Fold the ears in half vertically and tape with masking tape for about 3 days. We did this for Jill and it worked great. She came to us with standing ears but about 3-4 days later they started to droop. I searched this site for advice and this is what I found. They have been standing for a week now. She is 14 weeks old!
