Default I agree

The weaning away methoddescribed above is good....Moe hasn't had this problem yet but our Border Collie Sassy is beyond obsessed with my husband, who is her human. He was out of the work scene for many years due to his near fatal motorbike accident at work, he used to be a London courier, anyways, so all of Sassy's life it was her and daddy 24/7, and she would go totally manic if we even though we could leave her behind or out of the sight of daddy.Well he knew he was rejoining the workforce come feb this year so he had to start trying the weaning method described above.....and over time she learned he would return....and as long as she knew this she was fine....we got her a big stuffed toy to be her "baby" while he was away...it was something for her to focus on while he wasn't there. We also have Teddy my mix breed dog and Moe my Yorkie, so she doesn't feel like it's only her being left.Good luck on your training..it will work out.
