My first question is, once she's had 2 heat cycles, can I count on the third being about the same length of time? And my other question is, Could some breeders give me input as to things I would need onhand when she goes into labor or just any advice at all, this will be my first time. Thanks to anyone with any advice! (I will need all I can get.)
Usually most dogs heat cycles will stay pretty regular, each dog is different so this is not always the case. As far as supplies go here is a great site that has all of your whelping supplies that you could possibly need. Just click on the whelping supplies link. http://www.jbpet.com/Shopping/default.asp

Also make sure to have your vet or an emergency vet that you can call if anything goes wrong.
