I'm sorry you have to work with someone like this.

When I used to get upset over similar circumstances, my mother always told me that if they're talking about you, they're leaving someone else alone...lol...which is so true about people like that.

I'm one to agree with 'killing her with kindness' and not lowering yourself to her level . Someone like that absolutely THRIVES on drama and animosity...just ignore her and when you HAVE to speak to her, do so with kindness and smiles..

I know it's difficult, but one has to feel sorry for someone like her...she probably lives a very lonely/sad existance...I think she and people like her deserve our pity. It's a shame that she couldn't take all of this energy she uses gossiping and put it to better use..like a good cause or two...Imagine all the good she could do with all of that mis-spent energy (and time!!!)
