This is awful. She sounds like one of those puppy hoarders and she's clearly batty. Can someone not do something? Could I do something? Is there a Humane Society in Indiana at that town? Sorry, I just don't know what the name of the town is or how it works. If someone tells me, I'm more than happy to call hem or the local ASPCA. If she's already been an offender, then I don't think it's necessary to go to too much trouble having to prove it. A few phone calls should take care of it. I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction X |
