Yup. Badger did it at 12 weeks too. It's a domination thing apparently. He only does it with two specific toys (both soft, much larger than him and dog-shaped). I've said 'no!' enough times that he knows not to do it in front of me. I think it's important though that he not do it to you or anyone else in your house because it's a definite behavioural issue that could cause you further embarassment/problems. I've read that 'aversion' therapy is the best thing in this case and one tried and tested method is to get a can with some stones in it or something and shake it loudly next to his head (don't let him see it) every time he does it. Eventually it'll just be unpleasant for him and he should quit it
