It doesn't matter who you want to make them available for. If you intend on selling or even giving them away, even if for a minimal fee, you need to ask permission to reproduce or copy "their" photo and receive that permission in writing. If permission is granted, you should give credit to that person as owner of the picture. It doesn't matter if the photo has a copyright, you still need to obtain permission from the "owner" to reproduce it.
