I agree that we have to teach them....and i know that i would be the first to moan if he was barking all day and night, but if he barks for 5mins, when the bin man is around, then i dont think that deserves an anti social behaviour notice.....plus....they all bark when the wagon is around....
I think some are more noisey than others....but my poor Charlie is not a barking mad dog
I will just see what happens when he gets here...i cant wait to see his face when he sees that my next door neighbours dog is the barker.....
and my charlie knocks him over for being in my garden on a ladder
