Every dog I have ever owned has done this. They go crazy!!!
I think first, they are just "happy to death that the bath is over." And, second, they are running around trying to dry themselves. Anyway, the end result is exciting to watch.
Mine appear to be happy happy, happy, playful little maniacs when their baths are over.
