OMG. That is Just SCARY and so very wrong. I can't believe what's been happening with small breeds lately - Being stolen from groomers....back yards - IN HOMES and now right off the street ? Its shocking and those poor poor people and that POOR YORKIE ! He must be so scared.
Tha HAS to be a felony - our laws are NOT tough enough
