When i had Zorro my first Yorkie on my own, we moved 5 times in 5 years. We always made sure we got unpacked as quickly as possible and set up his stuff as close to the old place. It does take them a little while to get adjusted. He may think that you are leaving him at this strange place when you leave because he's not familiar with it. I would also check with the vet if you can't get him to eat and give him Nutrical. Is there anyway you can check on him during the day for a few days. ANother thing if you can leave him for an hour or two then come back and do that several times so he realizes you are coming back. Good luck he should adjust.
