I do not ask when I take Wosie anywhere. I started out asking, but everyone always said "Sure", so I stopped asking!
She is welcome at the dive shop, the carpentry shop, and all the Harley shops I have ever been to. Most small stores welcome her, and oooo and ahhhh over her! The Harley shop demanded I "take the poor little thing out of the bag and let her run around, lol!"
I would not take her in a restaurant unless it had an outdoor patio. I have, however, taken her in the grocery store for a quick run-in, not major shopping. No one said a word, as they can't truly see her unless she wiggles around. Most of the time she is really quiet in her bag.
