Default Teeth-probably not a typical question

For the last couple of days I notice Mayzie clicking something in her mouth (assumed it was a tooth) and she kinda does this open mouth thing (can't really explain it). I have checked in her mouth several times and have felt all around and couldn't find anything. But tonight I had my son hold a flashlight and much to her chagrin, I got her mouth opened to take a good look. Sure enough it is a tooth. I am not sure if Yorkies lose ALL the teeth in their mouths when puppies or not. But anyway, what it looks like to me is a mature tooth is coming in right underneath the baby tooth and it looks like the baby tooth is a "cap" on the second tooth--if that makes sense. It is one of the bigger ones in the back.

I am sorry for taking so long to get to my question. Do you (anyone) think it will fall out on it's own? Hmmmm, I am not sure what to do. She is 5 months old. Her breath has been a little foul on and off the last day or so. I brushed her teeth this morning. Does anyone think that is something the Vet can/will pop off without putting her under?

I just don't know what to do. The clicking drives me nuts. It sounds like she is grinding her teeth.

Thanks for you all for your input.
