And Nazir's..... I surely do pray that life never puts you into a situation where you are not available to finish something you've started... and you have to have someone help you... We don't all have the luxury of being available 100% of the time.

Excuse me, you asked a question and I answered it with my honest
opinion! Without being given the whole story; which it wouldn't have matter either way, my opinions were general and would cover each and every situation. Though it's not for me to assume, I'd still question why has this lady been breeding so long, yet still has no other options than to place her dogs with you, for you to assume the position of a "broker".
It really doesn't matter either way. Personally,
I still wouldn't purchase a dog from a second party if it wasn't through a shelter or rescue organization. My true opinions of Brokers are better left unsaid.
