I don't think getting two puppies at one time would be any different than getting a puppy and already having one, as far as the bonding issue goes. My new baby has two other dogs to bond with and she still loves me.

I think potty training might be a little harder, but maybe one will catch on first and train the other one.

They would be on the same feeding schedule. It's hard to bring in a new puppy when you have an older dog because he wants to eat the puppy food.

Other than, all the expenses at the same time and maybe losing them from old age at the same time, I think it would be a good idea.
